At The State Tourney, we respect our customers’ rights to privacy.

INFORMATION SUBMITTED TO STATE TOURNEY

 

State Tourney collects a variety of information from our website visitors and any of our mobile or web-based applications. Some of that information is personally identifiable and some is not.

Upon request, State Tourney will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your Personal Information.  If you provide us with your Personal Information, you have the following rights with respect to that information:

  • To request that we correct any errors, outdated information, or omissions in user information that you have supplied to us.

  • To request that your user information not be used to contact you.

  • To request that your user information be removed from any solicitation list that we use.

  • To request that your user information be deleted from our records.

  • To opt out of being solicited by State Tourney or third parties.

Customers cannot opt out of receiving transactional email related to their account with us or the Subscription Service.

EXTERNAL LINKS

If you follow any external links, including like or share buttons, from our sites to sites run by others, please understand that our privacy policy does not extend to those sites. You should be sure to read the privacy policy on those sites if you are concerned about the information they may collect about you.

CHILDREN UNDER 13

As a business-to-business communication platform company, State Tourney does not knowingly contact or collect personal information from children under 13. Our site is not targeted toward children under 13, nor is it designed to solicit information from children under 13.  If you believe we have mistakenly or unintentionally collected such information through our website, please notify us at Info@statetourney.com so that we may immediately delete the information from our servers.

THE FINE PRINT

This policy may change from time to time, and any such changes will be effective whenever they are posted to our websites. This is not a contract; nonetheless, we intend to respect the privacy of our website visitors. We believe it’s a critical aspect of life online.

EU-US and Swiss-U.S. PRIVACY SHIELD

State Tourney (“State”) complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and Swiss – U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland to the United States. State Tourney has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. State Tourney collects, processes, and maintains data in relation to persons from within member states to the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland (collectively, “European data subjects”) related to the use of our technology and services in the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.

Does State Tourney share personal information with third parties?

The data provided by each of our customers and/or collected on their behalf is the property of such customer.  State Tourney does not share personal information with third-party service providers or non-agents.  We currently do not permit any personal data to be used for reasons other than those for which it was provided.  If that practice should change in the future we will update this policy and provide individuals with opt-in and opt-out choice as appropriate.

Can I access, limit use, or limit disclosure of my personal information?

European, UK and Swiss data subjects have the right to access personal data about them, and to limit use and disclosure of their personal data. They may also request erasure of information that has been processed in violation of the Privacy Shield principles.  Individuals wishing to exercise this right may do so by contacting us at Info@statetourney.com or by sending us postal mail to State Tourney, 3855 Cascadia Canyon Ave SE STE 120, Salem, OR 97306 Attention: Privacy.

Customers cannot opt out of receiving transactional email related to their account with us or the subscription services they receive. Please note, however, that State Tourney employees have limited ability to access data provided by our customers.  Requests to access, limit use, or to limit disclosure, should include the name of the State Tourney customer who submitted your data to our services. State Tourney will refer your request to our customer, and support them as needed in responding to your request.

Due to the fact that State Tourney does not currently share data with third parties we are not subject to the transfer liability principle at this time.  If that practice should change in the future we will update this document and declare our liability for onward transfer of personal data to agent third parties.

U.S. Federal Trade Commission enforcement:

State Tourney’s commitments under Privacy Shield are subject to the investigation and enforcement of the United States Federal Trade Commission.

Compelled disclosure:

State Tourney may be required to disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

FEEDBACK

  • When you leave us feedback or request support, we will collect any information that is contained in your feedback or support request.

  • If you exchange any messages or post any content on our site, we will collect that information as well.

  • When you contact us by sending us an email, we will collect your email address and any information contained in the email you send us.

  • When you purchase products or services from us, we will collect the information necessary to complete a business transaction, including your credit card number or other payment information.
